Construction of independent maisonettes in Pikermi

The project had to do with the construction of multiple detached houses in Pikermi Attica with the aim of selling to private individuals.

3 independent two-story houses with basements were built.Each residence had a total area of 180 square meters.

An open geothermal system was also installed in one of the houses.The project was completed in less than 18 months.
