Geothermal System - Finday Boutique Hotel

The project had to do with the installation of a geothermal system for the needs of the Finday Boutique Hotel.

For the energy needs of the Hotel (1000 square meters), 2 Venco high temperature geothermal pumps (60kw & 20kw) and an open geo-exchanger system of 2 hydro wells (60 meters deep) were installed.

In addition, the radiators were replaced with fan coils. The measurements showed that energy savings reached 85% and the corresponding money savings reached 80%.
