Energy Efficiency Upgrade of a Neoclassical Building of the Municipality of Piraeus

The project had to do with an upgrade of the energy efficiency level of a Neoclassical Building .

After the relevant energy study was done, both the old boiler and the chiller of the building's cooling-heating system were removed and a new 65Kw cooling power heat pump (with 2 compressors, one of which is a dc inverter) has been installed.

The system included a 10kw VRF and the modification of the fan coil units network by using three-way valves and remote-controlled electrothermal motors.
