The project concerned the radical renovation of a two-story house with a basement, in Nea Penteli..
After a complete inspection of the reinforcements of the load-bearing elements, the corroded reinforcements of the columns were repaired.
In addition, the basement was redesigned. A comprehensive lighting study has been prepared, while at the same time various interventions were made in the surrounding area of the residence.
